Primare SPA25 Prism A/V Amplifier 9 Channels

Primare SPA25 Prisma is an audiophile-designed, multi-channel A/V integrated amplifier and processor with features and functionality carefully designed and built to deliver the best home cinema experience to the greatest number of people.

There are nine amplification stages, with a total power output of 810 watts, HDMI inputs and outputs with dynamic 4K HDR, eARC, Dirac Live and eleven-channel Dolby Atmos/DTS X processing, which, with the addition of a stereo power amplifier, enables 7.1.4 cinema setups.

For audiophiles, SPA25 Prisma uses two eight-channel DAC chips that enable unique digital-to-analog conversion, which assigns four conversion channels to the front left and right channel output to enhance stereo performance. This, combined with an adaptive power supply stage, provides 145 watts of power into 8 ohms and 250 watts into 4 ohms in stereo mode, as well as the ability to bi-amp the left and right main channels providing 290 watts into 8 ohms and 405 watts into 4 ohms per channel, makes SPA25 Prisma the most powerful “stereo” integrated amplifier ever produced by Primare.

Primare’s proven Prisma network platform offers comprehensive streaming features and functionality, as well as multi-room/multi-zone options, with AirPlay2, Bluetooth, Chromecast, Roon Ready (update coming soon) and Spotify Connect (HiFi ready). Everything is usable simply through the Prisma App or with the on-screen configuration menu, offering easy customization of the system from the listening position. In addition, Prisma offers complete control of networked hard drives, as well as integrated Prisma Radio, Tidal HiFi and Qobuz services for simplified access to these most-used music sources.

SPA25 Prism, is also the first amplifier to integrate Dirac Live® Room Correction, which uses patented and proven algorithms to digitally analyze and reduce the impact of the room on sound performance and improving the performance of any audio system. Dirac optimizes sound not only with respect to frequency, but also with respect to phase, providing a more linear frequency response and more accurate arrival time to the listener, with detail and clarity never heard before.

Customization and control, are almost endless, with as many as seventeen fully adjustable input presets for any combination of digital or analog, video or audio input, including five speaker presets, coupled with a multitude of DSP configurations, just right to meet any viewing and listening needs.

Aesthetics are also important at Primare, and all of our products are also made visually to reflect the Scandinavian lifestyle: simple, elegant designs with simple, easy-to-learn functions. The idea is never to be inconspicuous or overly attention-grabbing, so that any Primare product can be seamlessly integrated into any environment you place it. Both huge displays and secondary controls have been eliminated from the front for the sake of understatement.

With Dirac Live® Room Correction, time-tested and updated algorithms can be applied to analyze and digitally correct the negative impact of the room, improving speaker performance. Dirac Live widens the sound image, making sounds and speech clearer and more intelligible. Bass is deeper and faster, impossible to achieve with other calibration systems. In addition, all adjustments are fully adaptable to your preferences.
